Grill Cook
The grill cook's primary task is preparing food on the grill.
Other Duties will include:
- Prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals.
- Checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Monitor the meat's temperature to ensure it is cooked safely.
Cashier
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and take orders over the phone.
- Collect cash, and credit card payments from customers.
- Make change accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts to customers.
- Deal with returns and refunds as necessary.
- Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
- Answer customer questions as they arise
- Calculate customer bills through cash register ringing.
- Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is a must!
- Previous restaurant experience.
- Must be willing to work events.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be 18 years or older.
